Special Services

Welcome to the Rainier Special Services Department 

Teachers, parents, and students working in collaboration to cultivate a community supportive of  all learning styles. 
 

The Rainier Special Services Department oversees the following services: Special Education, Title I, Learning Assistance Program (LAP), English Language Learning (ELL), Highly Capable, the McKinney-Vento Homeless Act, and the Foster Care Education Program.
