I am Sandra Moberg-Rossmaier and I came to Rainier High School in August of 1984. It was a small school with an incredible staff and I chose to start my teaching career here. I did anticipate leaving and moving on to bigger things but I fell in LOVE with the community of Rainier. It is an awesome place to live, teach and love. Throughout my time at Rainier, in addition to performing as the full time Business Educator, I have been the school newspaper adviser, cheer coach, FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) Adviser, Vocational (CTE) Director, Tech Prep Coordinator, Student Activity & Associated Student Body Adviser, Career Day Organizer, Advisory Planner, Senior Presentation Coordinator, School Store Manager and Prom/Homecoming Supervisor. I simply love that RHS has enabled me to continue my growth as a professional educator continually offering new challenges and allowing me to craft my skill. I enjoy each and every class, student and faculty member at Rainier. I truly cherish, treasure and LOVE my job!
I earned a High School Diploma from Central Kitsap High School in 1980, my Bachelor of Business Education Degree from Central Washington University in 1984 and my Master's Degree in Educational Technology in 1995 from City University and continue my education yearly through various schools. Some years, I have the opportunity to continue to build my skills and resume by teaching as an adjunct professor at South Puget Sound Community College.
